Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for physical media?

We accept returns on vinyl, CDs, and cassettes within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in their original shrink-wrap and factory-sealed. Defective items can be exchanged for the same title upon verification.

How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during transit?

We use premium, heavy-duty corrugated mailers specifically designed for vinyl records. Each shipment includes stiffener inserts and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during delivery.
